Complaints policy
Any complaints should be sent in writing to the registered company address or via email to support@mycloudbackup.co.uk (subject ‘complaint’). Complaints will be responded to within 5 business days.
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at support@mycloudbackup.co.uk with details of the abuse. We will investigate your complaint and respond to you within 1 business day.
